The new new website

So I decided to redesign my site once again!

The old layout kinda felt a bit bland and uninspired which I didn't really like and hopefully this one will stay longer than just a few months :p This time, I went with a pink-ish color scheme and a dark blue background which I think looks really good.

In my last post, I also wrote about another design that I didn't go with because it took a bunch of JavaScript to render the background animation and that's why I didn't like it. Well, it turns out that the current background animation uses JavaScript aswell so I'm kinda contradicting myself lol. But I guess this one looks prettier so Idk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I also implemented a, in my opinion, pretty cool feature where when you click a link, instead of unloading the current page and loading the next one, it fetches the page you're navigating to in the background and then only replaces the main content wrapper. I did this mainly because it didn't cut off the background animation anymore. (I really put a lot of work into that thing xD) If you find some features too annoying or distracting, you can turn them off in the settings menu and you can even choose from a bunch of themes there!
